Some say a classic shouldn’t be messed with; after all, classics are classics for a reason. “Why to change something that works?” they protest. “It’s great how it is!” say others. Whilst this attitude may mean that we’re sure to always be enjoying something great, it puts the breaks on the search for anything greater.
This “let classics be classics” helps many things, from sports cars to music, stand the test of time; and there is no doubting that things that to rise to heights of classic and obtain that lucrative title are, usually, thoroughly great. But progress doesn’t happen without innovators and mold breakers. If these people didn’t exist then we would not be where we are now. It is for this purpose and with this reasoning as our drive that we bring you the G&T 2.0. Enjoy.

- Method: Add ingredients to an ice-filled collins glass in the order written above. Stir lightly and serve.
Why This Cocktail Works
Like a standard gin and tonic, this drink is crisp and refreshing, however, the use of Bomani and bitters adds a deeply flavorful element. The bitters, tonic, and the carbonation in the tonic, help to bring out the richer and more herbal notes of the Bomani. All the flavors of the drink blend well together and leave you with a dry finish, making you want to come back for more.
